We will NOT charge your credit card when we process your reservation. We will only keep the number to hold your room/s.
Check In/Check Out – Office Hours / Arrival – Check in after 3:00pm (4:30pm on Sunday’s) Check out by 11:00am the following morning. Our office is open until 8:00pm – Please contact our office to arrange for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy – Please cancel a minimum of 2 days prior to your reservation date. Guests will be charged for one night if they fail to cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival. For Christmas & Spring Holidays, as well as Group Bookings (more than 4 people), please cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your reservation date. Guests will be charged 50 % of their total reservation amount if they fail to cancel 2 weeks prior to their arrival.
Later cancellations: Every effort will be made to rebook your unit(s). However, if we can’t resell your unit(s) we have to charge the amount as stated above.
Guests checking out before the last day of their reservation will be charged and can only be credited or refunded subject to Smithers Guesthouse rebooking the room.
Smoking Policy – Please be advised the Smithers Guesthouse is a non-smoking facility. A $350 deep cleaning charge will be added to your account as a result of smoking in the room.
Damage Policy – Guests are responsible for all damaged or missing items from the room upon check out. Any charges will be added to your account.
Quiet Time – In respect to other guests staying at the Guesthouse, we have a quiet time from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
